How I Work From Home Online and Made 10k In Only 4 Weeks

My name is Betty. I am a 57 year old single woman and grandmother living in rural upstate New York on a farm that was left to me by my father. I have a bunch of cows, some horses and a lot of chickens!

I'm telling you this because I want you know that if I can be successful at Internet Marketing, you can too! All you need is the determination to do it. The most important thing is to START! Once you start you will be amazed at what can happen. One thing is certain and that is if you do nothing, then nothing will happen. Once I got started many of my doubts and questions disappeared.

I was a branch manager at the local Citibank for 16 years when the banking crisis tumbled down on us. As Citibank scrambled to shore up their losses, myself and many of my long time co-workers lost our jobs. It was heart wrenching to witness many of my closest friends endure such life-changing events that we really had no control over.

Within just a few short months I had no money and nearly all my savings were gone. I had to do something...FAST!

This is such a small community that high-paying jobs are not that easy to find. I couldn't sell my house because the real estate market was in the dumps so I had no choice. I HAD to re-invent myself.

Looking back I would have to say that it wasn't such a bad thing. I make more money now than I ever did at the bank and I have the freedom of being self-employed. Geez! Back then I never thought that was possible. Sometimes things get so bad it's hard to stay positive. But I never gave up and it has paid off for me in a VERY big way.

For some reason I have always had an interest in writing. I like to tell stories and I have been told that I have a unique gift of inspiring people. That's a great thing, but that's not why I write. I write because I love doing it. I write about subjects that interest me. I write about subjects that I am passionate about and that is my advice to you. People will believe you because you are telling the truth about what you are writing and it is coming from your heart. The reader will sense your passion and knowledge and therefore be more inclined to trust you and ultimately buy your ebook.

So that is my story in a nutshell. Come visit me at Internet Marketing Grandma where I give a blow-by-blow description of how I raked in a nice chunk of cash in a short time on the Step-by-step page. I also give the links to the tools I used to grab all that cash and the books I read to make all this happen.

Repossessed Homes - FAQs

What is an N244 Form?

Once you have taken proper legal advice, N244 form is probably the most important document you can have. The form allows you access to appear before the judge again and for a typical cost of £35 . It allows you to have an emergency hearing at any given point, even if you have anb eviction notice the following week for example. It means that you will be bale to appear before the judge to get an eviction turned down.

What Can I Do To Stop My Home Being Repossessed?

The first thing you should do is take advice. We have provided some information of where to get good advice on homes repossession. The judge has no mandate whatsoever to repossess your property and always looks after your best interests. Even if you appear without a solicitor the judge will typically try and help you as he does not want your home to be repossessed. A person whose house is repossessed can then become a burden on the state so the judge will try and avoid this and be on your side. However he is legally bound to use the legal system to seek possession of your property.

Can I Contest a Repossession Order or Eviction Order?

Yes you can contest a repossession order or eviction order. Again you will need a N244 form to get an emergency hearing before the judge. It is important to note that the judge will require some evidence as to why you are contesting. Eg. Remortgage evidence or evidence of sale of the property.

Are there companies that will buy my house and then rent it back to me to avoid repossession?

Yes there are a number of companies on the market who will buy your property and then rent it back to you. each will have different conditions but it must be noted that they are mercenary companies and typically will not pay more than between 65% and 80% of the value of your property. We would usually advise selling on the open market instead, but depending on how fast you need to act and if you want to stay in the property renting your house back from one of these companies can be an option.

How quickly can a repossession be stopped?

A repossession can be stopped merely by paying all the arrears on the account in full. This will stop an eviction process immediately even if you are at the court stage.

Can I sell my home to avoid it being repossessed?

A home can be sold at any point to any interested parties, even after it has been repossessed provided it hasn't already been resold.

How I Was Able To Sell My Fort Worth Texas House Fast!

How I Was Able To Sell My Fort Worth Texas House Fast!

The house purchase came as a single man looking for an investment. After getting married, we lived in the house in Fort Worth until I was transferred to Florida for work. Wanting to keep my investment I decided to rent the house out for the extra income knowing that the house would be paid off in another 11 years as the original note was for 15 years. The first tenants moved out and repairs were made in hopes of finding new tenants. My wife's parents said they would like to rent the house so we let them move in to it.

Things were fine for a while as the rent was paid on time each month. Then the rent began to come in late, then not at all. My wife tried calling and talking to them. After a while the conversations became angry with my wife's family screaming at her over the phone. We continued to make the house payments until our savings were exhausted. It was a delicate situation the prospect of evicting my in-laws. Before I knew it we were six months behind on payments. This house was becoming a nightmare. I needed to sell my Fort Worth Texas house fast so I wouldn't lose it to foreclosure.

At this point my in-laws knew that I was planning to sell the house but they were still living there for free so they had no immediate complaints. After calling a few investment companies I found through various methods, a couple of them called me back. We set up a time for them to go and see the house. Once they had seen the property they informed me that there were many adults living in the house and it was in terrible condition. We learned that my wife's siblings had moved in along with some of their friends. People were even living in the shop building in the back that had no bathroom or kitchen. As we suspected, it appeared that they were using drugs as well.

No one that saw the house was willing to help. Then we got a letter from YourTexasHomeBuyers.com. They claimed that they could buy our Fort Worth Texas house fast. We filled out a information sheet online and John Pribble called us. We informed him of all that we knew and he said he could possibly help. After he viewed the property he confirmed that many people occupied the property, none of which seemed to have jobs, and that the house was in poor condition. But, he did have interest in the house. At this point I asked him if it would be possible to sell the house without me having to evict my in-laws. To my surprise the answer was yes!

They were extremely professional and handled everything long distance via email, phone, and fax. They handled all issues with the title company and we closed on the house quickly. Perhaps most importantly they helped me by handling the delicate situation of having to evict my in-laws.

I later checked back with them to see how everything went and to thank them again. John informed me that my in-laws stayed until the constable showed up to remove them from the premises and that they had stolen all the copper plumbing and most of the wiring out of the house. I'm so glad I contacted them and got this trying situation behind me.
